MY SKIN~!
Ok, at first i thought that my toes were too dry and occasionally, i have some water bumps, so i used corticosteroids on those area after i applied aqueous cream. But now i found out that i have Athletes' foot- fungi infection.
My eczema also flared up again at the same old area years ago.
Just now i read online on a website that it says that "do not attempt to use corticosteroids to treat it, as it will act as a fertilizer for the fungi to thrive." (shall double check to see other sources)
Fantastic!

Checked! I just google and it triggered my memory. For asthma patients who are using Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) for their medications, we would always counsel them that after inhalation, they should gargle their mouth with water to prevent any deposits that can cause fungus infection.
I can't be more stupid.
